Royal Day and lunch at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte
The estate of Vaux-le-Vicomte is the fruit of the creative and passionate mind of Nicolas Fouquet. To build his residence, he enlisted the services of three of the greatest artists of the Grand Siècle: the architect Louis Le Vau, the landscape gardener André Le Nôtre and the decorative painter Charles Le Brun. Here, they combined their genius to build a model whose majesty and balance inspired Louis XIV at Versailles and then the whole of Europe for more than a century.

Tasting and demonstration at the Domaine des Macarons des Réau
Les Macarons de Réau is above all the story of a family business that has been driven by a passion for good taste for three generations. Founded in 1968 in Rebais, the small company finally found its feet near Melun, in the village of Réau, in 1993. For more than forty years, the company has been applying its traditional expertise to French gastronomy.
During the demonstration, Régis will reveal the secrets of making these traditional, old-fashioned macaroons: crackly on top and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside (no cream, gluten-free, preservative-free).
